Nevertheless, the proper operation of your contents and services, as well as the consequences occurring from them, remain of your entire responsibility.
- RxLaboratorio’s Collegial Council decides to accept or refuse the distribution of your content, in accodance with the public relations committee. To be accepted, your content must be sufficiently recent, useful, open and emancipating. The Collegial Council could request advice from the Tekniko or Etiko committee if necessary. In some justified cases, the Collegial Council may propose you to distribute your content completely free of charge, although we favor paying creators for their content.
Licenses, copyrights, intellectual property…

Payment
In short: You can be rewarded for the content you share on RxLaboratorio’s platform. This monetary contribution is not based on a fixed amount (nor on the level of success of your content), but on its social utility (tools or learning resources), and it takes into account the time you’ve spent on the development, support and maintenance of the content.
- RxLaboratorio can give you a retribution for the content you share on the distribution platform (although we also encourage you to give free access to some of your content if you can). This remuneration is based on a calculation made monthly, according to the association’s income. The method of calculation is validated by the association’s Etiko Committee, and the implementation of the formula is monitored by the Administrado Committee. You can access the details of the calculation at any time on request to the Administrado Committee or via the contact form available on the association’s website.
Each month, an available financial “envelope” is calculated. As stipulated by the association’s Rules and Regulations, the Administrado Committee estimates then the part used to remunerate the creators of the products and services distributed by the association. This share is divided between each creator according to a points-based system, assigned to each content that is distributed by the association, in accordance with the following terms:- some points are assigned by the Collegial Council and the Publikaj Rilatoj Committee once the content is agreed for distribution, based on the volume of work already done by the creator, or its dimension, or its relevance. This amount of points decreases gradually over time,
- some points are assigned by the Collegial Council and the Publikaj Rilatoj Committee according to the social dimension of the content, which may be reassessed at the beginning of the year or as deemed necessary by the committees.
- some points are assigned by the Publikaj Rilatoj Committee depending on the amount of work done by the creator throughout the distribution of its content by the association (user support, bug reports and feature requests replies and solutions, maintenance, updates…),
- some points are assigned in proportion to the number of downloads or users of the content.
Technical requirements, support and IT security
In short: To assure the proper distribution of your content, we apply some technical requirements, and we can help you setting things up. You must engage to get actively involved and support the rest of the community helping users, fixing bugs, providing updates, etc.
